Q. Since you use Paypal, do I have to be a member of Paypal?
A. No, since we are an authorized Paypal merchant and use thier shopping cart, you do no have to be a member.
Q. Are you Discrete?
A. Yes, our packages will show up to your address with either USPS priority mail package or a plain box with the return address just our address listed as L.L. and our shipping orgin address.
Q. Is this secure shopping?
A. Yes, Since we use the Paypal shopping cart your shopping experience is one of the safest it can be online. Your Credit Card or Bank information is strictly between Paypal and yourself. WE NEVER see your account information.
Q. How Long have you been in Business?
A. We have been in Business since 2003. At that time, we were Leslie's Lingerie. In 2005 We merged with JNB Enterprises and became Lisa's Lingerie. An finally in the summer of 2007 we merged again and JNB became JNL Enterprises and we became Lisa's Lingerie and Clothing. Every merger we have been involved with, has benefited by making it better to serve you with more quality products and better services while still keeping low prices.
Q.Do you ship to other countries, such as Germany, UK or Canada?
A. Yes we ship to most European and Asian countries, North and South America, Australia and New Zealand, once you have ordered we will send you an email letting you know how much the shipping costs will be (in American currency) and once that amount has been sent we will process your order.
Q.If something doesn't fit may I return it?
A. Yes, We will gladly exchange for a correct size, with your permission subsitute the item or simply issue a refund to you.
Q.If something is damaged in shipping will you exchange it?
A. Yes, We will gladly exchange it.
